We are celebrating the Winter Solstice early with a deeply restful practice for the season of introspection and rest. During the winter season, we allow our bodies and minds to take it easy, look inward with grace and what better practice to support this intention than Yoga Nidra? Also known as The Yoga of Sleep, Yoga Nidra has been proved to drastically improve the well-being of post-war veterans struggling with PTSD, insomnia, depression, and anxiety. When we fuse these teachings with a gentle Kundalini yoga practice to warm us up and the healing frequencies of the gong, we’ve created a space to amplify your healing journey on a molecular level!

PLEASE NOTE:

To support a grounded and intentional space, we kindly ask that you register in advance.
If you arrive without having registered, whether on time or tardy, the full event walk-in rate of $50 per person will apply. Online registration closes at the event start time. If the event is sold out, we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins or late arrivals without registration
