The head covering to keep the head from exploding… What? Haha.\nNo worries—we’ve got you covered.\nIn this introductory class to Kundalini Yoga and meditation, we will go over the basics. You’ll learn everything you need to build a super-strong foundation for your own personal spiritual practice. You’ll also learn what’s needed to begin mastering your own daily sadhana.\nSee you on the first Monday of every month in 2026! Wahe Guru!\nWe’ll unpack it all… Sat Nam\n—AAMAANRAA\n\nPLEASE NOTE:\nThis Introduction to Kundalini Yoga Monday group class is being offered as a “Love Investment By Donation” experience. You will have several options to choose from: $15, $20, $25. Please note there are only select number of spaces available for each option. We will be holding space for 22 participants.\nTo support a grounded and intentional space, we kindly ask that you register in advance.\nIf you arrive without having registered, whether on time or tardy, the full event walk-in rate of $50 per person or class walk-in rate of $25 per person will apply. Online registration closes at the event start time. If the event is sold out, we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins or late arrivals without registration.\n
